Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Systems Plumbing LLC, we value our customers' time and strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please review our policy for scheduling and cancellations.

1. Booking Policy
Appointments can be scheduled via phone 📞 (303) 487-7417 or email 📧 x_tony_x21@yahoo.com.
Standard bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Emergency plumbing services are available 24/7 but are subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Standard Appointments: Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Emergency Services: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
No-Shows: If our technician arrives and the customer is unavailable, a $75 no-show fee may apply.

3. Deposits & Prepayments
Large-scale projects or special-order parts may require a deposit, which is non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled work.

4. Late Payments
Payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements are made.
Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days.
